Providing unmatched color opportunities and enhancing production flexibility, 5-, 6-, and 7-color inking stations augment the 4 process colors with HP IndiChrome on-press and off-press mixed spot colors. With HP IndiChrome on-press, PANTONE colors are simulated using either CMYK or the more accurate CMYKOV values that provide the widest on-press color gamut in commercial digital printing. Superior HP ElectroInk liquid ink technology Produce the colors you want—including brand and corporate colors—with more precise printing capabilities. HP IndiChrome off-press is PANTONE-licensed for spot color creation, using CMYK, as well as orange, violet, red, green, blue, bright yellow, and transparent.
